West Midlands Lupus Group Open Meeting, Sunday 4th April 2004

Around 70 members and friends attended the AGM & Open Meeting.

Following the AGM, Dr. Shiva Kumar (Consultant Physician & Nephrologist) and Dr. Sat Reddy

(Specialist Renal Registrar) both from Wordsley Hospital, spoke about "Lupus & the Kidney,

Medication & Effects and Dialysis".

Incorporating a Power Point presentation, the doctors gave an impressive and most enlightening

Talk which was appreciated by all who attended.

During the Meeting, the sales table, Bring & Buy, and Raffle raised £155 to help fund research/patient

care in the West Midlands.
